DELIVERY
We deliver our products via Russian Post or EMS EXPRESS Russian Post services. The delivery payment is on the client.

Estimated standard times of delivery:
United States: 2-3 weeks
North America: 2-4 weeks
Europe: 2-3 weeks

Expedited delivery:
Expedited delivery takes 7-14 days, extra costs differs for each country. Contact us to charge expedited shipping.
We will do our best to satisfy these shipping estimates, but the actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, from the busyness of the postal service in your country, from the seasonal load of customs and other factors.

Customs and import taxes:
For all parcels in the customs declaration, we indicate the minimum cost and the "gift" mark. As a rule you will not pay the additional customs.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Currency conversion at the rate of the Central Bank of Russia.

RETURNS
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
We will find a solution for each case individually.

General conditions:
- Contact us during 14 days after receiving the product.
- The product may be returned because of the defect in delivery of the product or non-compliance of pre-agreed individual details of the order by us.
- If you decide to return our product, contact us and provide the photo evidence of the defect or non-compliant detail of the individual order.
We refund the cost of the return transportation in both situations.
